Mark Friedman is a Sales and Customer Service Automation Expert and Author, and the President of The Velos Group. Mark has been associated with Cerius Interim Executive Solutions for six years and is a member of its Sales and Marketing Specialty Practice Groups.

He has more than 25 years of business experience, holding titles of Vice President of Sales, Sales Director of Marketing Services and Director of Customer Service Marketing, and is co-founder and EVP of the Sales Lead Management Association (SLMA).

He is an experienced, results-oriented executive with more than 25 years of proven success in managing sales, sales lead management, marketing and customer service process planning.

He is widely published in Network World, Sales and Marketing Excellence and Sales and Service Excellence magazines.

Mark has been a keynote speaker at national events, such as the PMMI (Packaging Machinery Manufacturer’s Institute)  and at the annual MHEDA (Material Handling Equipment and Distributor’s Association) conference.

Mark is a resident of Tustin, California.  He served in the USMC.
